We additionally cover investment and launch planning.
Unit 1: Eureka Moment
Quantifying and articulating an idea to explain it to others:

- How does it change or improve something that a customer will pay for?
- Is my idea good enough?
Unit 2: The Next Steps
Testing whether an idea is truly novel and can form the basis of a new business:
- Has it been done?
- Could it be done better?
- Do you need additional help or can you start the business on your own?
Unit 3: Legals
Forming a company:
- What type of organization should I establish?
- In which state should I incorporate?
- How do I set up a company bank account?
Developing a patent or intellectual property plan:
- How do I apply to the Patent Office?
Unit 4: The Business Plan
Create a first version of the business plan, including a headline profit and loss forecast (P&L) and a cashflow statement.
Develop your route to market, including assessing monetization, product launch, and marketing strategies.
Unit 5: Funding
If you are looking for funding:
- How much is needed and do you need it all upfront?
- What is the expected return on investment (ROI)?
